Free Weekly Review Printable
Planning gets you through the week. Reviewing is what makes the next one better.
Our free weekly review template gives you a structured fifteen minutes at the end of the week to look back before you look forward. Work through the prompts and answer them properly. You're looking at what actually got done, what didn't happen and why, and which parts went well enough that you'd want to repeat them. Then note the one or two things you're carrying into next week.
That's really the whole practice. A well-designed life doesn't get built through dramatic changes. It gets built through small weekly adjustments that add up quietly over a year. Doing it on paper matters more than it sounds like it should, because writing it out tends to produce the honest version rather than the one you'd tell somebody else.
We'd suggest pairing this weekly review worksheet with your planning session so reflection and planning happen back to back. Hang onto the completed pages, because reading a month of them together is genuinely clarifying.
