Return Policy
- All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted.
- We are unable to accommodate planner cover style changes, cancellations or exchanges, as well as any name, shipping, or billing changes after an order has been placed. We do not have the ability to combine or split orders, add discount codes or products, or contact shipping companies to correct shipping addresses post the checkout process. Unauthorized returned packages will not receive a refund or credit.
Order Assistance
- If you have received a damaged/defective item from an order placed in our online shop, please contact us upon receipt with your name, order number, nature of the issue, and attach a photo to your email. We can not process exchanges for damages if the product has been written in, used, or mishandled.
- If you have received a damaged/defective item from another retailer, please contact that retailer directly for a resolution. The retailer will contact us if necessary. Thank you!
Shipping Prices
- Our shipping and processing charges are intended for order processing, handling, packing of the products you purchase, and delivering them to you. Shipping rates are based on real carrier rates and vary depending on the products ordered and destination. To determine your specific shipping cost, you must add the items your cart, input your address and calculate shipping rates.
- Our free shipping promo applies to orders containing shippable items where the product subtotal (pre tax + shipping and post promo codes) are $100 and over. *Please note: Applying discounts during the checkout process may bring the subtotal below this threshold, and will no longer qualify for free shipping. eGift Cards are sent via email, and so do not require shipping. Therefore, they do not qualify toward any offered shipping promotions.
Order Processing

Processing time or an estimated shipping date will be clearly noted in the product description of the item you order. In-stock products typically ship within 2-4 business days (M-F), excluding holidays, via USPS. We do not offer overnight, express, or expedited shipping. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once the package ships.
2024 Holiday Shipping Deadlines
We do not offer express, overnight, or upgraded shipping. Please note the carrier estimated holiday shipping guidelines below:- Domestic Shipping Deadline for Christmas: Dec. 12th
- Domestic Shipping Deadline for January 1: Dec. 19th
Order Packaging
- Products are packaged with only the essential packaging to decrease our processing time and ensure you get your Day Designer® as quickly as possible! Each Day Designer® is wrapped in bubble wrap, nestled inside of a white storage box, and placed in a mint green shipping box to prevent damage during transit. This packaging may be different from your previous orders or from reviews you may have seen online.
Order and Shipping Confirmation Emails
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been submitted. Once your shipment is in process, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to display properly online. If you wish, you may also sign up for the free USPS Info
rmed Delivery service. Simply go to USPS.com to sign up for an account! Once you receive the tracking number, you may also sign up for email/textalerts to keep an eye on the delivery! - If you aren't noticing your confirmation emails in your Inbox, be sure to check all of your email accounts, as well as your Spam/Junk folder. If you feel you may have entered your email address incorrectly during the checkout process, simply contact us and we'd be happy to help!
- In-stock products typically ship within 2-4 business days (M-F, excluding holidays), if not sooner. Our goal for customer service is to always under promise and over deliver. Because of the variations that can occur in production and processing time, we cannot quote any shipping times other than what has been stated above.
- We occasionally print labels in advance of the shipment being packed. This will generate a shipping confirmation email with tracking information; however, the order will not proceed until the package is shipped and received by the postal carrier.
Order Shipment
- We will ship orders to the address you provided upon checkout. We do not have the ability to correct shipping addresses post the checkout process. Please double-check that your information is correct prior to completing your purchase. Once your order is received by the carrier, Day Designer® is no longer in control of the shipment. The carrier does not provide us with different information than they provide you with the tracking number.

- If you would like to redirect your package to a different address than what you provided during the checkout process, you will need to utilize the USPS Package Intercept program for a USPS imposed fee. Please contact them directly for more information and to inquire about eligibility. Once you receive your tracking number, you may initiate the USPS Package Intercept program here.
- If your package gets returned to us due to an invalid or undeliverable shipping address, we'd be happy to reship your item, with the cost of shipping to an updated shipping address.
- If the carrier has damaged or lost the shipment, a claim will need to be filed. To file a USPS claim, click here. We will be happy to help you with this process, and initiate a replacement!
Estimated Delivery

Shipping carriers do not guarantee a delivery date; rather will provide their best estimation. Carrier estimations are calculated by travel distance and current volume. Varying factors, such as busy holidays, severe weather conditions, or failed delivery attempts may cause exceptional delays.
All that said, U.S. shipments typically take 2 - 4 business days from the date the package is received by the postal carrier. Please refer to your tracking number for the most up to date information. The carrier does not provide us with different information than they provide you with the tracking number. We know customers are excited to receive their Day Designer®, and we do everything in our power to get it to you quickly! Non-Refundable Shipping
- Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments, refused shipments, order cancellations, or returns/exchanges.
International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time. A limited selection of our Flagship Edition planners can be found on Amazon.com and Amazon Canada. You may always check in with our retail partners to inquire about their international shipping
