What moved forward, and what quietly stalled without you noticing. Then ask the question this page is really for, which is whether that was a balanced quarter or whether one part of life absorbed all of it. Write down what you'd change and carry two or three specific adjustments into the quarter ahead.

Four of these a year is enough to keep goals honest. Use this quarterly check in template alongside your monthly reviews. The monthly pass catches the small course corrections and the quarterly one catches the drift you can't see from up close.
