There's a gap between setting a goal and making progress on it, and most people fall into it. Our free goal action plan template is built to close that gap.

Rather than trying to move on everything at once, this printable action plan template asks you to pick one goal that genuinely matters and break it into steps you could start on this week. Name the goal, define what finished looks like, list the actions in order, and put a date against each one. Vague goals stay vague. A goal with three dated next steps is something you can act on tomorrow morning.

Work through one page per goal. When you've finished a plan, start the next one. Moving one meaningful goal forward properly beats holding five of them loosely in mind.

Download and print this free action plan for your goals on 8.5" x 11" paper, and read 8 Steps to Develop an Action Plan for Your Goals for the full method.

If you like this printable, you'll also like our Free Goal Setting Worksheet for choosing the goal in the first place. Our Monthly Goal Tracker keeps it in view all year, and our Free Project Planner is the better fit when the goal is really a project.

    Accountabilibuddy

Love this goal spreadsheet! super straight forward and simple. Helps remind me to consider the pros and cons of completing the goals vs not completing. This is great for me to have to keep my husband on the same track for my goals and progress as well. Only downfall: I would love to have a second version of this with more Progress Tracker line spaces. maybe a two sided file with the Progress Tracker extended on the back? I realize some goals don't need that many but others are more long-term goals. Still highly recommend!

Grateful for this Goal Setting Action Plan!

I am VERY grateful to the Ever-Loving for allowing you to give this free goal setting plan.

I am excited about how your design allows for not only goal setting; but also for listing actions that can impede my goals. Well thought out and timely!

    THANK YOU
