Simply click the Rewards button on the lower-right corner of the screen, then click, Join Now!

What If I Already Have A Day Designer Account?

Click on the Rewards button on the lower-right corner of the screen, then click on, Sign In. Click back on the Rewards button to view your account information. Your activity will automatically update!

Can I Create Multiple Accounts?

No, customers can only have one Day Designer account and login. Only one account will be associated with your Rewards points, and you cannot combine email accounts.

Can I Transfer My Points Between Two Accounts?

Point transfers between multiple accounts is not available.

Does Signing Up For A Rewards Account, Automatically Sign Me Up For Day Designer Emails/Newsletters?

Signing up for a Day Designer account allows customers to participate in the Rewards program, view order history, and utilize quick checkout. It will not sign customers up for emails/newsletters. If you would like to receive the latest news on new releases and product availability + promotions, you may sign up for our newsletter by clicking here.

How Can I Check My Points?

Sign into your Account, and then click the Rewards button on the lower-right corner of the screen.

How Do I Redeem My Points?

Once you have earned enough points, there will be a visible Redeem button for you to select in your account. You may earn up to 2500 points in one year. Use the points slider to select the amount of points you would like to spend, then click Redeem and Apply Code.

Can I Receive Credit For Past Purchases?

Past purchases will not count toward your rewards account. Point accumulation began automatically during our program launch on November 21, 2023. All of your activity post that date will be automatically recognized when you sign up for an account. You’re welcome!

Can I Earn Points For Day Designer Purchases Made Through Other Retailers?

Points can only be accummulated for items purchased on DayDesigner.com.

How Do I Earn Birthday Points?

Earn 500 Birthday points by entering the date into the Rewards panel more than 30 days before your birthday. For example, if your birthday is June 1, be sure to add it to your account before May 1. Entries provided less than 30 days prior to the date, will receive birthday points on your next birthday.

How Do I View My Rewards Account Activity?

Sign into your Rewards Account, then scroll down to the bottom of the Rewards panel and click on the Your Activity section.

I Placed An Order, But I Don’t See My Points?

Order points will be visible in your Rewards account after the order is shipped. Rewards points apply to product prices only. Taxes, shipping costs, and eGift Card purchases are not eligible for points.

Do Points Expire?

Points will start to expire 1 year (365 days) from the activity date. After this date, all unredeemed points will expire on a rolling basis for customers who have not engaged in points activity for 1 year (365 days) or more. You can view your points and expiration date in your Rewards account. We will email you a reminder 30 days prior to the expiration date so you don't miss out! (Please note: Gift Card purchases do not qualify for the points program.)

How Long Does It Take To Become An Organizer Or Designer Tiered Customer? And, How Long Does The Status Last?

Graduating between tiers is entirely up to you! You earn Organizer status once you reach $200 annual spend & Designer status at $500 annual spend. Upgraded status lasts 365 days from the qualifying shipment date. You may view your current VIP status in your Rewards account.

How Do I Participate In The Give $15, Get $15 (Referral) Program?
