Stay on Track

I use my Day Designer for everything, so what a great idea to add a food and exercise log to it! The print out helps me track what I am eating at work so I can hold myself accountable. And since I look at my planner all day to see what meetings I have coming up or check to see what's on my to do list, logging my food intake is a cinch!
