This should be zero stars - due to the curve in the clip in order to more easily slide it onto the book covers or pages it makes a bump and interferes with writing on any page in the planner where the curve bumps up. And if you slide the clip on one of the outer covers with the bump outside, it scratches any surface you lay the planner on. I threw it away.
Comes in handy
The clip snugly fits my planner and secures my pen. Pens have a habit of wandering in our household, sometimes disappearing altogether. Now, I have a special pen that resides in the clip and is always available.
P.S. My family had to be threatened with bodily harm if they dare take it.
