Free Intentional Living Worksheet Printable
Intentional living means choosing how you spend your time on purpose, instead of letting the calendar and everyone else's requests decide it for you. Our free intentional living worksheet turns that idea into something you can act on.
Start by naming your intentions. How you want to spend your days, what you want more of, and what you'd like to stop giving your attention to. Then write the specific action steps each one requires. That second half is what separates this from a vision exercise. "Be more present" isn't something you can do on a Tuesday. "Phone goes in the drawer between six and eight" is.
Living a well-designed life doesn't come from one big decision. It comes from a hundred small ones made deliberately, which is exactly why writing them down works better than intending them does.
