Free Intentions Printable
Not everything worth planning is a goal. Our free Intentions printable is for the softer list, which is what you want more of in the year ahead and what you want less of.
You might want more slow mornings and fewer commitments you end up regretting, or more reading and less scrolling, or simply more time with the people who matter to you. Write both columns honestly, because the "less of" side is usually the more useful one and it's also the one people skip.
Then keep it somewhere you'll see it while you're planning. Intentions don't work as a one-time exercise. They work as a reference you come back to when you're deciding what goes into the calendar this month. Read the list again at the start of each season and adjust it as things change.
This intentions printable pairs naturally with a word of the year. You choose the word first, then use this page to work out what it looks like in practice.
Download and print on 8.5" x 11" paper, and read Set Yourself Up for Success With Better Planning.
