Great way to stay on track!

I love my Self-Care Habits Check-List! It gives me more motivation to complete all my self-care tasks, and I've seen such a great improvement in the last several weeks. (I floss everyday now ;) I use it every week and I love that feeling at the end of the day when I check off my habits! Highly recommended :)

great reminder to fill in on breaks

really love the structure of this page.

I find it so helpful to be productive while attending classes/seminars/workshops from home.

self care breaks

are so gratifying to fill in the bubbles by the end of the work day.

the days are end capped by morning ritual and evening bliss
