Free Password Log Printable

Our free printable password log is a simple, offline place to write down every login you've got.

There's space for the website or app, your username, your password, and a note for the security questions or the email address the account is attached to. When you change a password, cross the old one out and write the new one underneath. It's low tech on purpose. There's no app to remember and no master password to lose.

A lot of people use this password tracker printable as the household record for shared accounts like streaming services and utilities. It also works as a backup to a digital password manager, or as the page you leave somewhere safe so a family member can get into things if you can't. Keep it in a drawer or a safe, or tuck it into the pocket of your Flagship Planner.
