Free Ideal Week Printable
Our free weekly schedule template is a printable hourly grid that runs from 5 AM to midnight, Monday through Sunday, split into morning, afternoon and evening.
Most weekly planners ask what you're doing this week. This one asks what your week should look like when it's going well. Start with the parts you can't move, like work hours and the school run. Then add the things that usually get squeezed out, whether that's the morning walk or a proper lunch break or Friday night with people you like. Whatever space is left over is your real margin, and it's usually less than you'd guess.
Once you've filled in an ideal week template, you have something to plan against week after week instead of rebuilding your schedule every Sunday night. Try printing two. Fill one in with the week you're aiming for and one with the week you actually had, then compare them.
