I love this planner! First - it had to make me feel happy and it does. The flowers on the cover welcome me to start the day. Secondly - it had to help me figure out why I never had time for myself. I chose a daily planner vs a weekly as I wanted to change all of my old calendar habits (too many to do’s/not enough time). Within days, I started to note how I was sabotaging my day by not following my energy: i.e. I use to schedule walking in the morning and yoga in the evening. Now, I do the opposite as it works with my energy levels!
